Description

The Brampton Bed & Breakfast Inn is Maryland’s Eastern Shore romantic oasis, located on 20 wooded acres, just one mile outside the charming town of Chestertown, Maryland. Brampton brilliantly blends the grand elegance of a historical estate with the comfort and modern amenities today's stressed-out travelers crave while being mindful of the impact on the environment. Ignite or rekindle romance in one of our spacious and well-appointed guest rooms, offering wood-burning fireplaces, whirlpool tubs and glorious views. Enjoy a full country breakfast, lovingly prepared and graciously served at individual tables in Brampton Inn’s beautiful dining room. When in season we use fruits and vegetables from our garden.

Location

Brampton is located 1 mile south of historic Chestertown, Maryland. With the state's second highest concentration of eighteenth century homes, Chestertown is a colonial village with abundant activities, and serves as a perfect base for exploring all that Maryland’s Eastern Shore has to offer.

Advice to our visitors

Spring and Fall are glorious on the Eastern Shore. It's the perfect time for bird watching migrating water fowl. The Chesapeake Bay beckons during Summer for a sunset cruise while the Winter is enjoyed fireside with a book or a game.
