Located on 122 acres our B&B offers a rustic, casual home away from home atmosphere. The renovated barn has 4 rooms with queen sized beds and private baths that offers outstanding meals. The property is bordered by the Oswago Creek for fishing and floating and offers nature walking trails as well as a 3000 foot air strip for pilots to fly in. Also on site is the Freefall Oz Skydiving Center which offers Tandem Skydives and skydiving instruction from May through November.The Salt Water Hot Tub and Finish Sauna are available to our guests year round. They provide a great area to stargaze and relax from. Composting toilets can be found throughout the property for those walking the trails or camping and picnicing by the water edge. Recycling is practiced and green cleaning products are used to clean the homestay. Local and organic food is used for meals and an organic garden is maintained onsite. Chickens are raised onsite and provide fresh eggs for breakfast. Gluten free and dairy free foods are a specialty.

Location

In the undiscovered Wilds of Pennsylvania, about 20 miles northeast of the Allegheny National Forest on the New York/Pennsylvania state line there lies Oz’s Homestay Fly Inn B&B. Celeine and Ashley Easdon-Smith have taken 122 acres with a converted 1800’s barn complete with 3000 foot airstrip, Oswayo River frontage and wooded lot and are now living their dream of owning a full service B&B with skydiving. The Property is about 2 hours south of Buffalo, NY and the Canadian boarder. The Homestay B&B rests in flat lands surrounded by 700-1000 foot rolling hills. It's as though you are sitting in your own planetarium that shows all four season as a backdrop. Stargazing and nature/bird watching are great passtimes at Oz. Spring is great for fishing, summer for floating and skydiving and fall presents the changing of the leaves and the beautiful fall foilage. And the winter wonderland snow is great for snow shoeing and cross country skiing around the property.

Advice to our visitors

Insect repellent is recommended in the summer and hot tub and sauna attire is recommended year round.
