Description

All of our condominium suites offer fully equipped kitchens complete with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. All suites are equipped with central air, ceiling fans, cable TV, telephone, high speed internet access (must bring own laptop), memory foam mattress toppers or pillow top mattresses on all beds, hair dryers, private safes for valuables, IPOD docking radio alarm clock, environmentally friendly liquid soaps, shampoos and conditioners, beach towels and large shaded decks overlooking the pool, ocean, and/or gardens. Daily maid service is also provided.

We have an exotic fresh water swimming pool and at the end of our long pier have a cool palapa and swim platform for relaxing and sea bathing. We offer complimentary bicycles and kayaks for our guests to explore the island. Or enjoy bird watching in our private nature reserve. Cook your "catch of the day" at our beach side BBQ Station.

We now offer an on-site self service laundry facility, Wash and Rinse Dive Station and Security Lockers for your convenience.

Our full service tour desk will be happy to arrange any tours you would like to do. The dive and tour operators pick up and drop off at our private pier. We give you a voucher to give to the tour operator and add the price of the tour to your invoice. You simply pay for everything upon check out!

Xanadu is located a mile south of San Pedro Town - close enough to enjoy the restaurants and other amenities - yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and relaxed. A pleasant walk along the beach!

We have an account with Tropic Air and will be happy to book your local flights for you. Flights depart Belize International to San Pedro every hour at :40 past the hour with the last flight departing at 5:40pm. Flight time is 20 minutes. Cost is US$120.75 per person round trip.

We offer complimentary transfers from the San Pedro air strip or water taxi terminal to Xanadu.

For basic groceries and beverage, Marina's and Super Buy Markets are located just at the entrance to the resort. For a larger selection of items, the Island Supermarket is located approximately half mile north of the resort towards town.

If you would like to have someone do your grocery shopping for you, we have two companies who will be happy to do your shopping. San Pedro Online Grocery and Lagniappe Provisioning can have all of you, groceries, wine, beer and beverages delivered to your room prior to your arrival.

Deposit / Payment Policy:

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of US$100 per person (including children) is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Payment in full is due at time of booking if within 30 days prior to arrival date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To pay by credit card kindly forward your credit card information (first half of number and security code in one email, second half of number, expiration date and name on card in second email) and authorization to withdraw that amount. If you would like to phone us, please dial 011-501-226-2814. Our reservations office is open from 8am to 6pm daily (Central Standard Time - we do not observe Daylight Savings). Or, you may fax the information to 011-501-226-3409. A credit card authorization form will be sent upon request.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Full refund if cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. A 5% handling fee will be charged for all refunds. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or Acts of God, including Hurricanes. Travel insurance is recommended and can be purchased through Travel Guard International www.travelguard.com.
