Estancia Bellavista is an excellent choice: a place sheltered by nature with a beautiful park that surrounds the main house and allows us to enjoy a unique environment, landscapes and unmatched tranquility. Because of its location, this place invites to do a variety of outdoor activities, eg. an excursion to the summit of the Sierra de las Ánimas, a visit to a den of alligators or to the fauna Reserve of the Cerro Pan de Azucar or a pleasant ride on horseback, accompanied by a guide, through specially designed circuits, whith gives the activity not only a wide variety of landscapes but also a high level of security. This house dating from 1950 has been reconditioned only in what has to do with the comfort of the rooms while maintaining the traditional style of the house, providing the guests an ideal area to enjoy nature, know their own flora and fauna; and authentic elements of our native history in "La Pulpería".
If the weather is not good to do outdoor activities, Estancia Bellavista offers its guests extensive space to enjoy reading, games, music or video films with a wide variety of films for all ages.

Location

West coast of department of Maldonado (Uruguay). The same department where the worldwide famous resort "Punta del Este" is located. The Posada de Campo Estancia Bellavista is more precisely located at the foot of the Sierra de las Ánimas and from the viewpoint of the house you can observe the sea. In just 5 minutes you reach BELLAVISTA beaches, and the "Hostería Bellavista" where you can enjoy the excellent swimming pools, its reconditioned paddle and tennis courts and its restaurant. You reach the Posada de Campo Estancia Bellavista by going through route "Interbalnearia" which links Montevideo to Punta del Este.
